Bike Corral @ Taste of Crown Point
With iPod Give-a-way!

Crown Point Safe Pathways (CPSP) is once again hosting a “Bike Corral” at the Taste of Crown Point on Friday, June 20th and Saturday, June 21st from 11am to 8pm. A Bike Corral is a location designated for bicycle parking only, with the added advantage of volunteers checking in bikes and watching them while the bicycle owners can enjoy the Taste of Crown Point - offering a safe and secure option. This service is FREE to those wishing to visit the Taste via bicycle.
The Bike Corral will be located at the SE corner of Joliet & East Streets, just one block east of the Courthouse Square, where the Taste will be held. CPSP thanks Mark Schweitzer and Superior Oil for donating this space during the event. This year, those who park their bikes at the corral will be asked if they would like to fill out a very short survey, which will make them eligible for a number of prizes which include the following:
· 4GB iPod Nano with $15 iTunes card donated by Ronald “Bub” Wise, Brooke S. Shreve, Attorney at Law, and Janet Wise
· $90 Bicycle Repair Package donated by the Trek Bike Store in Schererville, and
· All-summer pass at Hub Pool donated by Crown Point Parks Department
The drawing for these prizes will take place at the end of the Taste on Saturday, June 21st, and winners do not have to present.
